Having to change our itinerary due to Typhoon Morakot, we've decided to scrape it altogether. Yup, you've heard that right, there is no set itinerary now. But that's the beauty about traveling - you find yourself in a new place, meeting new people and having new experiences. And those things you can't plan for and are usually the most memorable ones.
We're keeping it real and documenting the unexpected events that happen along the way in exploring music/dance in Taiwan.
*** Music is a universal language and dance is its expression. So what would be the sound of Taiwan?
Here's the deal
We will be discovering Taiwan through its diverse range of music and dance culture. From traditional Holo and Hakka music, to urban hiphop - and everything in between. By exploring these different aspects of music and dance, we will also be exposed to the various landscapes, food and subcultures Taiwan has to offer.
Currently we're networking with musicians and dancers in Taiwan over social media channels. If you are interested or wish to nominate someone, get in touch with us via our blog, Twitter or Facebook!
You won't be left in the dark
You will follow our journey via several online channels and be in the loop with frequent updates. On our recent trip to Asia and US (Jan/Feb 2009) you had us blogging, twittering, posting and emailing away whenever we had access to a computer or WiFi on our iPhones.
Keep up-to-date now with our blog, Facebook and Twitter!
